Bullet points of Town Council Meeting held Tuesday 7th September 2021

The Town Council are receiving a high number of complaints regarding the horses escaping into residential areas. They have contacted the owner of the horses & the land owner to find a resolution. The issue was discussed at the meeting and fellow landowners have advised that works are being undertaken to ensure the horses are not entering their fields as this is also an issue for them.

Road closure A509

Dear All, Western Power are requiring to carry out overhead works on a section of the A509 just south of the A14. To undertake these works safely will require that the road is closed from the 18th to 20th August 2021 overnight only. The diversion for the closure will be via the A510, A6 and A14.
